It all started in a small Finnish garage in 2002, when a group of likeminded individuals decided to realise their
passion for making buildings smarter. This expertise in building automation is now visible in our solutions that
optimize buildings’ energy costs, indoor climate and cost of operations.
Over the decades we have grown into a leading force in smart building automation and indoor climate control in the Nordics. Along the way, we have joined forces with Larmia and Lansen – the experts in Building Management Systems and wireless measurement and monitoring. Together, we produce modules, controllers and supervision software for a complete solution to control all ongoing processes in any type of building.
Today, the pioneer spirit remains. We are the all-round technology and product business unit of the Fidelix Group. Our team develops software and cloud solutions, assembles and repairs electronic devices, and manages orders and logistics in our warehouse. We also work closely with our customers and our internal teams. No matter your role, your work plays a key role in making buildings smarter and more sustainable. Our products are developed, tested and working every day in demanding and extreme climate conditions in the Nordics and positively aff ect the wellbeing of over one million people.

Our building automation system brings together building technology sensors, meters, actuators, controllers and safety systems into a single, easy-to-manage entity. It is based on open standards, which off ers an eff icient way of combining most other systems and devices into a single, unified whole.
The end product is very concrete: it serves as the heart and brain of a building, ensuring energy efficiency, user-friendliness, and seamless control. Our off ice sometimes serves as our test laboratory. If there’s a bug in our software, you might find yourself chilly behind your laptop.

With 90% of our lives spent indoors, improving indoor air quality and energy eff iciency directly enhances well-being.

This morning our smaller children were leaving for Korkeasaari with my wife, so I helped to get the older ones ready for school. Then I stayed at home to work. When my kids came back from school I helped them to prepare for exams. After a while they started to play by themselves and I continued working. Then I had the evening for my family. I am at the off ice quite often but can freely organise days like this.

We offer a wide range of roles for senior tech professionals. Among others, our Full Stack Developers, Senior C/C++ Developers, Senior Software Specialists, Cloud Architects (Azure), UX Designers, Senior Embedded Linux Engineers, Sales Managers, Logistics Specialists, mechanics and assemblers work together with the hardware department where we have professionals assembling electronic devices and central cabinets as well as taking care of warehousing, order processing and repair activities.
