FX-WMBUS-R4-M-LR-A1-X

The electric powered FX-WMWUS-R4-M-LR-A1-X is a wireless MBUS repeater with an AC/DC converter connected in the same casing. The device is ready to use as is, but can also be configured if necessary. The repeater extends the range between the meters/sensors and the receiver. The design has been done with care and the end result is a stylish and good-looking sensor with high security and performance. The design enables unobtrusive installation in a home or office environment.

Once a minute, the repeater sends a packet containing information about the repeater, such as the number of routed packets and the software version. The package is also used for time synchronization between repeaters, if there is a need to chain repeaters. In addition, this package can be used as proof that the device is in working order. The repeater is highly immune to electrical interference, which can be caused by, for example, LED lights in buildings.

An external antenna, which is sold separately, must be connected to the repeater’s SMA connector. With a higher gain antenna, it is possible to achieve a longer range from the sensors/meters to the repeater. An antenna equipped with an N connector can also be connected to the repeater with the separately sold antenna cable.
